The AIRMO’s R&D team collaborates with you to design a comprehensive measurement plan, pinpoint potential emission sources, and define measurement paths that ensure thorough coverage.

  1. We consider key factors such as monitoring duration, sensor types, and carriers, including drones, planes, or static systems. Depending on your needs, we can perform ground-based or aircraft/drone-based line-of-sight methane absorption observations to maximize accuracy and coverage.
  2. Once the plan is in place, our field team carries out high-precision data collection, capturing methane concentration and plume profiles.
  3. Leveraging advanced analytical models, including AIRMO's differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) model for quantifying methane concentrations in the atmosphere, we identify emission sources and quantify emissions with accuracy.
  4. We integrate site assessment measurements and quantified emissions into standardized reports compatible with OGMP 2.0 Level 4/5.
