Your responsibilities in AIRMO

As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with administrative tasks managing correspondence with stakeholders and preparing documents
  • Organize company events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating with HR on various tasks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve issues proactively.
  • A collaborative mindset to support various departments effectively.

Requirements

The minimum requirements for applicants include:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in office software and tools

Nice to have
